So thankful for my mom - I haven't worked out around someone else in like 10 years. She stayed by me when I was nervous which totally helped. I feel more confident now to try a group class this summer! Grateful that I have such a supportive, caring person in my life!!! Love ya, Mom!

Literally kicked myself in the butt this morning doing my workout! Had to press pause for like a minute because I was laughing so hard. Still have no idea how it happened!!!!

Today I tried the Isometric workout for the first time. I only fell over once! :) Loved it! Proud to say I am someone who gets up early to work out!
