The number one fear in life is that you are not enough
The deeper fear is if I’m not enough, I won’t be loved
When you are born you had to do nothing to be loved as a baby-you were great even covered in Pooh
As we grow, the parents oxytocin wears off and the baby gets yelled at or ignored
The baby begins to walk then you are praised and learn that you have to achieve in order to get love and be enough

Today started out hectic and ended with given thanks to the Divine that I was able to succeed in the day!! Regardless of the storms of life, I choose to take the 1st step for another adventure

Today, is a day of reflection from the conference! I had the pleasure to meet wonderful souls! They came and sat with me!!
I don’t always remember our talks but I never forget the lights that each one of you hold in you!!! How amazing you are in this life!! May this next adventure be as magnificent and radiant as I know each one of you hold within you!
