I started using herbal remedies for me. Because one day, everybody was at work, there was no such thing as door dash at the time, and the furthest I could go for a cure without falling over was my kitchen.

I don't use benadryl for allergies anymore.
I don't use Nyquil for colds.
I don't use ibuprofen for knee pain.
I don't use Tylenol for period Pain.

I have smoke blends that assist with smoking cessation and decrease the use of to***co products. As well as those that offer alternatives and additional options to other smoking "habits" .

It is from the overflow that I am becoming an herbalist and able to share my findings and usages with others.

Lesson: pour from the OVERFLOW of your cup.
