I’m LaToya, a therapist and the down-to-earth girl from Bloomington, IL. I attended Illinois State University, where I earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in Criminal Justice. I've always been passionate about supporting people, believing in the power of healing, and understanding that a woman's view of self is crucial to her healing and, ultimately, the healing of our community. Now, I realize that our personal experiences of trauma, interpersonal conflict, and anxiety shape our lives. Access to healing, coping strategies, and healthy, interpersonal relationships is essential for individual growth, the evolution of sound, couple relationships, the strengthening of families, and the flourishing of communities. I once believed the criminal justice system was the pathway for me, but I now realize that mental health is paramount to overcoming life's challenges. Let's work together to heal and grow...
