Here's my little one expressing gratitude to the blueberry bush while picking some delicious berries. I'm not sure where he got this from, but that day he taught me a valuable lesson.

Kids are incredible teachers, showing us life's wisdom in their simple, yet profound actions. Sometimes, we just need to pause and appreciate the deeper meaning behind their behavior.

Bone health is so important! The basic gist of everything above is take a vitamin D supplement, get some weight-bearing exercises in that also use your skeleton because this is how we make our bones super strong. Eat lots of calcium rich foods and in our older kids who play a lot of sports, make sure they take a break from their primary sport every year. Definitely follow guidelines for sports medicine and pitching counts. And then making sure your kids are having fun with whatever activities they’re doing. If they are playing competitively and are miserable, anxious, overwhelmed, perhaps it is time to rethink the importance of their playing.
