When your child feels anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in worried thoughts, try guiding them through the 3-3-3 Rule:

👀 Ask them to name 3 things they can see

👂 Ask them to name 3 things they can hear

✋ Ask them to move 3 parts of their body

This simple grounding exercise helps bring their attention back to the present moment and can help reduce feelings of anxiety.
