Welcome, Amy Molina, Customer Service Specialist!

We’re excited to introduce Amy, a vibrant, family‑centered professional whose energy, warmth, and dedication shine in everything she does.

Amy is a busy mom of three wonderful daughters who keep life lively and her pockets… well, never full for long. With three girls who love to shop, she’s mastered the art of staying on her toes and laughing through the chaos. Family is her foundation, and she cherishes every moment spent traveling, exploring, and making memories together.

When she’s off the clock, Amy gravitates toward experiences that bring peace, joy, and a chance to recharge — from food and flower festivals to jazz events and anything that lets her slow down and savor the moment.

In her new role as Customer Service Specialist, Amy is especially excited to connect with patients, grow her skills, and make a meaningful impact each day. She brings pride in her background, passion for people, and a genuine commitment to service.

Help us give Amy a warm welcome as she begins this next chapter with our team!

Walking isn’t just a simple way to move; it’s a powerful form of cardiovascular exercise that supports long‑term heart health. A steady walking routine can strengthen your cardiovascular system, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, boost mood, protect your joints, increase energy, support longevity, and even improve sleep quality.

Whether you choose a brisk 20‑minute walk, a lunchtime loop, or an evening stroll, you’re giving your heart the consistent, rhythmic movement it needs to stay strong. Small steps truly build big benefits.

Take a walk today- your heart, and mind, will thank you!

Every successful season starts long before the first whistle. Athletic Trainer Hope Campbell has been busy organizing and stocking the medical kits that will travel with every LMS team this fall—making sure student‑athletes will have the supplies they need at every practice, game, and away trip. Preparation is protection, and this behind‑the‑scenes work is one of the many ways our ATs set athletes up for a safe, confident season ahead.

A few weeks ago, Athletic Trainers Dominic Caputo and Aidan Chumas teamed up with Dr. Dreher for a casting and splinting workshop with the LGH Family Medicine Residents, and they brought a great mix of skill, teamwork, and good energy. Thanks for jumping in, sharing what you know, and making learning a little more fun across our system.

Meet Dr. Andrew Voyack, DO, one of our 2026–2027 Sports Medicine Fellows. Originally from South Jersey, Dr. Voyack brings both academic strength and athletic grit to our program. He ran Cross Country and Track at Ursinus College before returning home to earn his medical degree from Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. His residency training with Crozer Health and Penn Chester County Hospital shaped a clinician who is thoughtful, team‑oriented, and deeply committed to helping athletes and patients stay healthy and performing at their best.
We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Voyack to the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll find him running, cooking, eating great food, reading, gardening, diving into sci‑fi, or winning a board game night.
Here’s to a great year ahead, Dr. Voyack!
