The new school year will be here before we know it! Now is a great time to schedule your child's kindergarten, school, sports, or college physical before calendars fill up and the late-summer rush begins.

No need to wait for a special physical clinic or designated event. We offer physicals throughout the week, so you can schedule an appointment on a day and time that works best for your family's schedule.

At Libertas Family Medicine, physicals are about more than simply signing a form. We take the time to answer questions, address any health concerns, and help your child start the school year healthy, confident, and ready to learn.

Appointments may include:
• Kindergarten physicals
• School physicals
• Sports physicals
• College physicals
• Vision and hearing screening (when appropriate)
• Completion of required school, sports, and college health forms

Your time is valuable, and we're always looking for ways to make your healthcare more convenient.

Many routine blood tests can be drawn right here at Libertas Family Medicine—no need to make a separate trip to another lab.

Need blood work before your annual physical or diabetes follow-up? Schedule a quick nurse visit a few days before your appointment so your results are available to review together during your visit. Instead of waiting for lab results afterward, we can spend your appointment discussing your health and creating a personalized plan of care.

Your samples are sent to St. Cloud Hospital for processing, and many routine results are available by the next business day.

We also offer several rapid, in-office tests, including:
• Pregnancy testing
• Strep testing
• Influenza testing
• COVID-19 testing
• Urine testing for bladder infections (UTIs)
• And more

Many normal lab results can be discussed by phone. When a more detailed conversation is needed, we can often schedule a convenient telehealth visit so you can review your results with Dr. Wesenberg from the comfort of your home.
