What a wonderful afternoon! ✨

Yesterday (July 18th) I had the absolute pleasure of hosting an Aroma Bracelet making party with a fantastic group of ladies! We enjoyed crafting beautiful beaded bracelets with lava stones perfect for diffusing our favorite essential oils.

Stress can be HEAVY.

We feel it in our necks and shoulders (hello tension). 😖 Generally, when we are stressed we can lose focus, get headaches, have a rapid heartbeat, and engage in poor sleeping or eating habits.
