🎓 IMPORTANT NOTICE: STUDENT TRANSFER REQUESTS & SEMESTER PLACEMENT

Compassionate Medical Academy would like to notify all current , potential students of important updates regarding our transfer request process, semester availability, and enrollment placement.

📌 TRANSFER REQUEST GUIDELINES
Effective immediately, students requesting to transfer must complete and submit the official Student Transfer Request Form.

Transfer requests made by contacting staff members directly will NOT be accepted or processed. All students must follow the established transfer request procedure. No exceptions will be made outside the official review and approval process.

📅 AVAILABLE SEMESTER OPTIONS
When submitting a transfer request, students will only see Spring 2027 and subsequent semesters listed as available options.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Although Spring 2027 and future semesters will appear on the transfer request form, students whose requests are approved will still be placed on the Current Term roster for administrative and enrollment purposes.

Selecting a future semester does not automatically guarantee placement in that specific semester.

Please understand the following:
✅ All transfer requests must be reviewed and approved by the administrative office.
