Dr. Kennedy is Retiring ....

Dr. Kennedy has made a decision to begin an early retirement effective immediately. The practice has been sold to Assurance Health & Wellness. Dr. Sarah Williams, DNP, APRN will begin seeing patients in mid October. She brings over 17 years of experience to the clinic. In addition to primary care, Sarah offers weight loss management, hormone replacement therapy and aesthetic services.

Dr. Kennedy wants to express his thanks and appreciation to each of you. He wants you to know that it has been a privilege to manage your medical care and be a part of your life journey.
