One thing nursing has taught me is that the details matter.

It's remembering what makes a client comfortable. Noticing when something seems different. Listening when a family member has a concern. Taking an extra moment to make sure a question has really been answered.

Those things may seem small, but to the person receiving care, they can mean everything.
