The Magnolia Recovery Community transitional housing The Magnolia Recovery Community is OPEN! Where ever you are in your journey, we want to be a part of it.

The Magnolia provides a safe environment for individuals who are in different phases of their recovery. We offer transitional housing with 2 beds per room and a private bathroom. We have a common area where you can watch TV, play cards, or read a book! We also have a common kitchen area and courtyard that residents are allowed to use. If you would like to tour our facility, please call 501-454-6811.

“For whoever is ashamed of me and my words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed…” — Luke 9:26

Pastor Marcus Brown shared this verse at New Life Church today, and it gave us something to carry into the week. In recovery, there are daily choices about who we’re following, what we stand for, and whether our actions match what we say we believe.

At Magnolia, we’re learning to ask for help, take responsibility, and follow through—even when it’s uncomfortable.

After church, we took the guys bowling and enjoyed some time together. Grateful for a Sunday of worship, laughter, and making new memories sober. 🌸🎳

We hate to see you go Michael!

Michael has been a tremendous help to us during his tenure at The Magnolia Recovery Community. With over 6 years sober, he's leaving Magnolia after an extended stay and headed to MEXICO!! Mexico, Missouri that is.. Good luck on your next chapter buddy we will miss ya! Help us wish him well in the comments!

It's bingo, pizza, and football night at the house! Talk about the competition! Got some big winners! New TVs, shoes, clothes, it's been an exciting night! Spent the morning at New Life Church with these guys. đź’š Pastor Marcus Brown shared a reminder we can all use:

“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” — Ephesians 4:29

Living together, we’re going to get on each other’s nerves sometimes. Recovery means learning to handle those moments better—watching our words, hearing each other out, and apologizing when we get it wrong.

These guys are putting in the work. Proud of them and thankful for another Sunday together.

Tonight’s recovery meeting at Magnolia came with birdhouses, flower seeds, and a conversation about starting over. 🏠🌱

As the guys worked, we talked about having a solid foundation, finding shelter when life gets hard, and taking responsibility for what we’re building.

Planting the seeds is the easy part. Coming back to water them, caring for them, and being patient when nothing seems to be happening—that’s where the work is. Recovery asks the same of us.

Looking forward to watching these flowers grow alongside the guys who planted them. đź’š

Three strangers. Three friends. Meet our Magnolia Amigos! 🌳🤝

When these three walked through our doors, they didn’t know each other. They came from similar backgrounds, needing recovery and a place to get their feet under them.

Today, all three have great jobs at KT Produce, transportation, and a friendship that started right here at Magnolia. Now they’re packing up and moving to one of our chem-free properties together, ready for the next level of sober independence.

Think about that. The people you didn’t even know when you arrived are now your friends, your coworkers, and the roommates you’re choosing to take this next step with.

Fellas, you did the work to get here. We’ve had the privilege of watching it happen, and we’re proud of every one of you.

Our guys put in work last night! đź’Ş Cleaning out barns and helping get the fairgrounds ready for the upcoming county fair.

We’re proud of them, and we appreciate people giving them the opportunity to earn a paycheck. Having work to do and money coming in makes a real difference when you’re getting back on your feet.

🛠️ Got work that needs doing? Reach out. We always have men at Magnolia looking for paid work—cleanup, moving, event setup, or an extra set of hands for a big job.
