Went to church service this morning at NLC Greater Little Rock and got a good word!

“Count it all joy… when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” — James 1:2–3

We aren't telling our guys the road to recovery will be easy. There are setbacks, hard days, and moments when giving up feels easier. But every trial we make it through builds strength for the next step.

God can use every struggle to build perseverance, restore purpose, and create a new future.

Then it was back to the house where we've
Just finished our first bingo tournament. With the donation of a bingo setup and an angel donor who donated all kinds of prizes, our guys had a blast. We are thankful to have people like her that care!

Special shout out to the team at Neveria Tino's ice cream for their gracious donation of two massive tubs of ice cream for the event!

Today was our first on-site 24:7 Dad® class with Every Arkansan.

A lot of the men who come to Magnolia are working to repair more than just their own lives. They’re also trying to rebuild trust, reconnect with their children, and become the fathers they know they can be.

That’s what recovery looks like too—showing up, taking responsibility, learning, and doing better one day at a time.

We’re thankful to Every Arkansan for meeting our men right here at The Magnolia Recovery Community and helping them put in that work.

Tonight, a group of Magnolia fathers began the Every Arkansan Dads Program together.

For the next seven weeks, they’ll have honest conversations, learn practical skills, and challenge one another to become stronger, more present fathers. This is about more than completing a class—it’s about showing up, breaking old patterns, and building better futures for their children.

We’re proud of every man who made the decision to take this journey.

Dads matter—and being there matters.

Thursday nights at NLC Greater Little Rock Re:Gen. 💙

Tonight's message from Galatians 5:22-25 was simple: real recovery isn't just about stopping old behaviors—it's about letting God change who we are.

Love replaces anger. Peace replaces chaos. Self-control replaces addiction.

Just a group of men taking another step forward together. One week at a time. 🌿

Today we want to give a huge thank you to these amazing officers from the Little Rock Police Department who stopped by Magnolia Recovery Community with lunch for our residents.

They didn't just bring sandwiches and drinks—they brought encouragement, kindness, and took the time to spend a few moments with the men in our program. Simple acts like this remind our residents that their community cares and that they're worth investing in.

Thank you for serving our city both on and off duty. We truly appreciate your heart for our community

And we are holding you to your word to come back and host a water balloon fight!!. 💙🚔

31 Days. 31 Stories

Meet Jared.

Today is graduation day.

When Jared came to Magnolia, he committed himself to the process. Today, he's leaving with more than a certificate—he's leaving with a job, his own car, and the keys to his new apartment.

That's what recovery looks like. Independence. Responsibility. A fresh start.

Congratulations, Jared. Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. We wish you nothing but success as you begin this next chapter.

🌱 A quick walk through the Magnolia garden tonight.

The tomatoes are starting to turn red, the jalapeños are ready, the squash, zucchini, okra, and watermelons are coming along, and there's plenty more on the way.

It's good to see som**hing we planted together paying off. Fresh food, a little hard work, and another reminder that growth doesn't happen overnight.

Happy Birthday to our CEO, Kasia Pabian 🎉

Today we got to slow down for a little while and celebrate someone who has invested a lot into Magnolia Recovery Community. Kasia has spent years helping grow Magnolia into a place where men can find stable housing, accountability, and an opportunity to rebuild their lives.

A big thank you to Paula for preparing an incredible chicken spaghetti and squash casserole, and to Potluck Food Rescue for providing the BBQ, baked beans, and birthday cakes that made the celebration possible.

It wasn't anything fancy—just good food, birthday cake, and a room full of people taking a moment to celebrate someone who works hard behind the scenes.

Happy Birthday, Kasia. We hope you know you're appreciated. ❤️🎂. Got a few guys gathered up to sing to ya last minute. Everybody scatters when the camera comes out!

Check out more pics and Help us with some kind wishes in the comments!

31 Days. 31 Stories | Day 20

Meet Jesse.

Jesse spent most of his life caught up in addiction. He started cooking m**h when he was just 13.

Now, things are different.

He’s sober. He’s safe. He has a roof over his head. And for the first time in a long time, he’s thankful for where he is.

Sometimes the biggest wins are the simple ones.
Keep going—one day at a time.
