Below is the job description for the Client Experience Technician. We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented candidate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a professional yet laid back environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.
HPT Client Experience Technician
Our clinic focuses on high-quality, personalized patient care in a relaxed but professional clinic environment. We are seeking someone who is proactive, cheerful, organized, and genuinely enjoys serving others.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms before patient sessions
• Clean and reset rooms between appointments
• Assist with patient flow throughout the day
• Support therapists during treatment sessions as needed
• Check patients in and out professionally and efficiently
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and ready
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient interaction

• Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages

Qualifications:
• No specific degree is required
• Experience in healthcare, customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and scheduling proficiency
• Ability to lift, clean, and stay active throughout the workday
We believe technical skills can be taught, but attitude and character matter most. We are looking for someone who leads with kindness, takes initiative, and represents our clinic with professionalism and warmth.
This is a full-time position, but for the right candidate there may be a part-time on-boarding option available.
