Meet Ms. Katy 💚 With 11 years as a speech-language pathologist, Katy fell in love with this field through her lifelong passion for reading, writing, and all things language. She specializes in pediatric language disorders, articulation, and oral-motor and sensory-based feeding — and what she loves most is getting to know each child and family, and watching their progress make a real difference in everyday life. Her message to parents? Your kids are on her mind all week long, not just during sessions — because building a relationship where a child wants to come to speech is where the magic happens. 🌟 Outside the clinic: a morning person and salty-snack devotee who loves reading, baking, the beach, and her go-to salted caramel cold brew. Fun fact — she’s lived in 5 states and 2 countries, including 3 years in Japan!

Meet Mrs. Peyton 💚 Now in her fifth year as a speech-language pathologist, Peyton fell in love with this field after shadowing a friend in college, she realized speech therapy was exactly how she could make the impact she’d always wanted. She specializes in articulation, autism spectrum disorder, language, social communication, and early language development, and what she loves most is the relationships: connecting with her kiddos and celebrating every new skill they master. Her reminder for parents? Your child is capable — small progress is still progress, and something to build upon. 🌟 Outside the clinic: a Texas girl at heart who loves the pool in the summer time, traveling with her husband, a long walk with a friend, and organizing everything in sight (self-proclaimed future professional organizer!)

Meet Ms. Mary Margaret 💚 A Memphis native, Mary Margaret earned her bachelor’s at the University of Arkansas and her master’s at UAMS before joining Beyond Speech this summer. Her training took her across private practice, schools, community, and rehab settings, giving her broad experience with articulation and phonology, language and fluency, social communication, and literacy. Above all, she’s building a space where kids feel supported and successful — her goal is for every child to grow in confidence while having fun and genuinely looking forward to coming back. 🌟 Outside the clinic: she’s in Little Rock with her cat Chowder, and you’ll find her at Pilates, deep in a podcast, or trying a new local restaurant.
