We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves skincare, aesthetics, patient care, and building lasting relationships. The right person will be professional, dependable, driven, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside our practice.

What we’re looking for:
• Current Arkansas Esthetician License
• Friendly, dependable & team-oriented
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills — we’re a small team, so being able to jump in where needed is important!
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics and helping patients achieve their goals
• Knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare, including the ability to confidently educate patients and recommend appropriate home-care regimens
• Sales-minded without being high-pressure — we believe in educating patients and recommending what will genuinely benefit them
• Comfortable learning new technologies, treatments and protocols
• Motivated to build relationships, retain patients and grow their esthetic clientele

⭐ HUGE PLUS: Previous Medical Assistant (MA) experience or other medical-office/clinical experience. Someone who understands both the medical and esthetic sides of our practice would be an incredible fit!
