Sometimes the answer isn’t “fill where you see the problem” — it’s “fill where the problem actually starts.”

This patient came in worried about volume loss along her lower face and jawline. Her instinct (a very common one!) was to add product right where she saw the shadow. But when we mapped her facial structure, the real story was at the chin — subtle volume loss there was casting shadows that read as lower face hollowing.

So instead of overfilling the area and risking an unnatural, heavy look, we used RHA filler to restore chin projection and soften those shadows. The result? Her lower face balance came right back — without anyone being able to point to “what’s different,” just that she looks refreshed and like herself.

This is the difference between filling a symptom and treating the actual cause. ✨
