Sick of living with chronic pain, stiffness, or low energy? If you are tired of popping ibuprofen just to get through your workday, or if standard "relaxation" massages leave you tight again just 24 hours later, it is time for a different approach.

Hi, neighbors!
I’m the founder of Lotus Star Studio right here in Littleton. With 20 years of advanced clinical mastery, I specialize in helping people break free from chronic pain patterns, move effortlessly, and reclaim their physical vitality.I don't believe in rigid medical labels or cookie-cutter spa rub-downs. True, lasting recovery requires looking at the whole picture—from the outside and the inside.
To celebrate opening my new office, I am launching an exclusive introductory experience for my first wave of new local clients:
✨ The Restorative Pain-Resolution & Vitality Blueprint ✨This comprehensive, all-inclusive 2-hour transformation includes:
A Structural Posture Assessment: We stand up and map your alignment to find exactly why your muscles are locking up.
A 90-Minute Custom Advanced Bodywork Session: A deep, restorative integration of clinical deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, and nervous-system calming Reiki—tailored entirely to your body's injury history.
A 15-Minute Inflammatory Nutrition Audit: We sit down over herbal tea to review how your nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits are impacting your tissue recovery.
The Best Part? No hidden upcharges. Deep tissue, cupping, and specialized modalities are fully included.
