✨ A Historic Moment for Zuma’s ✨
We are deeply honored to share that Zuma’s Littleton Campus is now an accredited Medicaid provider for Equine-Assisted Therapy.
This milestone means that life-changing mental health services with our Healing Herd are now accessible to more people than ever before, including those who need them most.
At Zuma’s, rescued horses help:
🤍 Cancer patients navigating fear, grief, and recovery
🤍 Veterans healing from trauma and service-related stress
🤍 Foster children rebuilding trust, safety, and emotional regulation
These horses were once in need of rescue themselves — and today, they stand quietly, powerfully, beside humans in their hardest moments.
No judgment. No words. Just presence, connection, and healing.
This accreditation represents years of advocacy, integrity, and belief that mental health care should be compassionate, accessible, and grounded in connection.
We are grateful to our therapists, staff, board, volunteers, donors, and especially our horses — who continue to show us what healing really looks like.
