**UPDATE**
Due to unforeseen circumstances we will be extending our office closure. We will continue to be closed Monday, October 23rd and we will reopen on Wednesday, October 25th at 7am. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call when we reopen on Wednesday. Patients with scheduled appointments on Monday will be called to be rescheduled. Thank you!
