Twenty-one days of simple practices designed to help you become more aware of your brain, body, emotions, patterns, and choices.
You practiced breathing.
You used music intentionally.
You slowed down.
You reflected.
You noticed gratitude.
You moved your body.
You challenged thoughts.
You identified triggers.
You practiced connection, kindness, mindfulness, and regulation.
And most importantly, you showed up.
Not perfectly.
Not every day with the same energy.
Not always feeling motivated.
But you kept coming back.
That matters.
This challenge was never about creating 21 new things you now have to do every single day.
It was about building a toolbox.
Now you get to notice what actually worked for you.
What helped you calm down?
What helped you feel more focused?
What helped you shift your mood?
What helped you feel more connected?
What helped you catch yourself before reacting?
What practice surprised you?
What do you want to keep?
Today, there is no new assignment.
Today, you celebrate the work you have already done.
Take a moment and look back at Day 1.
Notice what has changed.
Maybe your changes are big.
Maybe they are subtle.
Maybe the biggest change is simply that you are noticing yourself differently.
That counts.

Today, we are identifying our triggers.

A trigger is not just the thing that happened.
It is the moment something creates a shift in your body, mood, thoughts, or emotions.
Maybe your muscles tighten.
Your heart rate changes.
Your mood suddenly shifts.
You feel irritated, anxious, defensive, hurt, or overwhelmed.
Your brain starts telling a familiar story.

Those are clues.

Today, instead of immediately responding to the feeling, get curious about what happened right before it.

โžก๏ธ NOTICE IT
What changed in my body, mood, or thoughts?

โžก๏ธ FIND THE PATTERN
What happened right before the shift?
Was it a situation?
Something someone said?
A person?
An expectation?
A memory?
Or even a belief I have about what something means?

โžก๏ธ LEARN FROM IT
Once you know the trigger, you have more choices about what happens next.
You can breathe.
Use the STOP.
Challenge the thought.
Move your body.
Change the environment.
Or simply decide that this trigger does not get to choose your response.

Awareness gives you options.

And options are where change begins.
Todayโ€™s challenge:

โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.
โท Listen to one song that supports the way you want to feel.
โธ Spend a few minutes in self-reflection.
โ“ด Identify one trigger today. Notice what happened, what shifted inside you, and what you want to do differently when you recognize it again.
That is it.

You do not need to analyze every trigger you have ever had. We are not opening an archaeological dig of your entire emotional history before lunch.
One trigger. One pattern. More awareness.

And it is still not too late to join!

Today, we are focusing on kindness.

For the past eighteen days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.

Todayโ€™s practice is simple:

Do one random act of kindness.

Kindness can shift the atmosphere around you and change the way you feel inside it.

It does not have to be big.

You can:

โ€ข Send someone an encouraging message.
โ€ข Give a genuine compliment.
โ€ข Hold the door.
โ€ข Let someone go ahead of you.
โ€ข Check on someone.
โ€ข Leave a kind review.
โ€ข Help someone with something small.
โ€ข Say thank you and actually mean it.
โ€ข Do something thoughtful without needing recognition for it.

Kindness can support connection, lift mood, and create positive momentum.

And sometimes the smallest gesture lands on the exact day someone needed it most.

Today, complete all nineteen practices:

โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.

โท Listen to one song that supports the way you want to feel.

โธ Spend a few minutes in self-reflection.

โน Pause and become fully present in the moment.

โบ Name three things you are thankful for.

โป Pour something onto paper through writing, drawing, painting, poetry, or scribbling.

โผ Choose one intentional activity that supports the brain chemistry you need today.

โฝ Eat one nourishing meal and hydrate your body.

โพ Spend 10 to 20 minutes outside soaking up some sunlight.

โฟ Set one intentional goal and take one small action toward it.

โ“ซ Move your body in a way that supports your mind for at least 20 minutes.

โ“ฌ Choose one challenging emotion, name it, explore it, and decide how you want to respond.

โ“ญ Identify three moments that made you smile.

โ“ฎ Identify what helps connection feel safe, supportive, and real.

โ“ฏ Notice one automatic negative thought, challenge it, and reword it to better serve you.

โ“ฐ Find one reason to smile today.

โ“ฑ Identify one limiting belief, question it, and replace it with a belief that supports where you are going.

โ“ฒ Practice the STOP when you notice yourself becoming emotionally escalated.

โ“ณ Do one random act of kindness.

And it is still not too late to join!

One small act can change the direction of someoneโ€™s day.

Sometimes yours too.

Today, we are identifying one limiting belief that may be shaping how we see ourselves, our choices, or what we believe is possible.

For the past sixteen days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.

Today, we are focusing on limiting beliefs.

A limiting belief is more than one negative thought.

It is a belief that has been repeated so often that it begins to feel like the truth.

โ€œI am not enough.โ€

โ€œI have to be perfect to be loved.โ€

โ€œI do not matter.โ€

โ€œI am not smart.โ€

โ€œI am behind.โ€

These beliefs can influence what we expect, what we tolerate, what we avoid, and how we respond.

Today, use this process:

โžก๏ธ NOTICE IT

Pay attention to the thoughts and feelings that keep repeating.

What belief seems to be underneath them?

โžก๏ธ QUESTION IT

Is this belief true?

Is it always true?

Where did I learn it?

What evidence challenges it?

โžก๏ธ REFRAME IT

Replace the limiting belief with something more accurate, supportive, and empowering.

Instead of:

โ€œI am not enough.โ€

Try:

โ€œI am learning, growing, and becoming more confident in who I am.โ€

Instead of:

โ€œI have to be perfect to be loved.โ€

Try:

โ€œI can be loved without performing for it.โ€

Instead of:

โ€œI am behind.โ€

Try:

โ€œMy life does not have to follow someone elseโ€™s timeline.โ€

Today, complete all seventeen practices:

โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.

โท Listen to one song that supports the way you want to feel.

โธ Spend a few minutes in self-reflection.

โน Pause and become fully present in the moment.

Today, we are focusing on something simple that can support your mood, your body, and your connections: smiling.

For the past fifteen days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.

Today, we are adding a smile.

A smile can come from genuine joy, humor, connection, relief, or even one small moment that feels lighter.

And yes, even a deliberate smile may help shift the signals your face sends to your brain.

That does not mean pretending everything is fine.

It means giving your body one small cue that says, โ€œThere is still room for something good here.โ€

Today, look for moments that naturally bring a smile:

โ€ข Watch something funny.
โ€ข Listen to someone who makes you laugh.
โ€ข Spend time with a person who feels easy to be around.
โ€ข Think about a memory that still makes you grin.
โ€ข Smile at yourself in the mirror.
โ€ข Let yourself enjoy something without overthinking it.

A smile can also support connection.

It can help you appear more approachable, soften an interaction, and create a small ripple of warmth between people.

Today, complete all sixteen practices:

โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.

โท Listen to one song that supports the way you want to feel.

โธ Spend a few minutes in self-reflection.

Today, we are challenging the automatic negative thoughts that can quietly affect how we feel, think, and respond.

For the past fourteen days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.

Today, we are focusing on ANTs: Automatic Negative Thoughts.

These are the fast thoughts that can show up before we stop to question them.

โ€œI am not enough.โ€

โ€œI always mess things up.โ€

โ€œThey must be upset with me.โ€

โ€œI cannot handle this.โ€

A thought can feel true without being 100% true.

Use this protocol:

1. What is the thought that triggered me, the situation that is bothering me, or the automatic negative thought?

2. Challenge it.

Is it true? Is it 100% true? Is there scientific evidence to support it?

Yes? It is time to make a change.

No? Who or how would I be without that thought? Confident? Calm?

3. How can I reword that thought to better serve me?

Today, complete all fifteen practices:

โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.

Today, we are identifying what helps connection feel safe, supportive, and real.

For the past thirteen days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.

We have added breathwork, music, self-reflection, mindfulness, gratitude, emotional expression, intentional brain chemistry support, nourishing food, hydration, sunlight, goal-setting, movement, emotional awareness, and noticing the moments that make us smile.

Today, we are focusing on support and connection.

Connection does not have to mean sharing your deepest feelings, having a long emotional conversation, or depending on someone to fix anything.

Sometimes safe connection looks like:

โ€ข Talking with someone who listens without judgment.
โ€ข Spending time with someone who helps you feel comfortable.
โ€ข Sending a simple message to someone you enjoy.
โ€ข Sitting with a pet.
โ€ข Joining a group where you feel welcome.
โ€ข Speaking with a counselor, coach, pastor, mentor, or another supportive person.
โ€ข Recognizing what you need before deciding who may be able to offer it.

And if you do not currently have someone who feels safe or supportive, that does not mean you have failed todayโ€™s practice.

Your practice may simply be identifying what safe connection would look and feel like for you.

Ask yourself:

โ€ข What helps me feel comfortable with someone?
โ€ข What makes a conversation feel emotionally safe?
โ€ข Do I need someone to listen, encourage me, help me think, or simply spend time with me?
โ€ข Where might I begin building healthier connection?

Today is not about forcing vulnerability or reaching out to someone who has not earned your trust.

It is about recognizing that healthy support matters and becoming more intentional about the connections you allow into your life.

Today, complete all fourteen practices:

โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.

Wanna give your brain three good moments to hold onto today?

For the past twelve days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.

We have added breathwork, music, self-reflection, mindfulness, gratitude, emotional expression, intentional brain chemistry support, nourishing food, hydration, sunlight, goal-setting, movement, and emotional awareness.

Today, we are noticing three things that made us smile.

Your brain can move through an entire day collecting problems, disappointments, unfinished tasks, and awkward moments like it is being paid overtime.

Today, we are asking it to collect something different.

Think back over your day and identify three moments that made you grin, smile, laugh, or feel even a small spark of happiness.

Maybe it was:

โ€ข Something funny someone said.
โ€ข A message from a friend.
โ€ข A song you love.
โ€ข Something your child or pet did.
โ€ข A small win you almost overlooked.
โ€ข A beautiful moment outside.
โ€ข Something completely ridiculous that made you laugh.

Once you choose your three moments, pause and remember as much about each one as you can.

What did you see?
What did you hear?
Who was there?
What did you feel in your body?

Take a mental picture of each moment and let yourself enjoy it again.

Today, complete all thirteen practices:

Wanna understand one emotion instead of letting it run the whole show today?

For the past eleven days, we have been building simple daily practices that strengthen the connection between the brain, body, and spirit.
We have added breathwork, music, self-reflection, mindfulness, gratitude, emotional expression, intentional brain chemistry support, nourishing food, hydration, sunlight, goal-setting, and movement.

Today, we are focusing on one emotion that challenges us.

You do not have to analyze every feeling you have ever had. Pick one emotion that has been showing up often or feels especially loud right now.
Maybe it is anger.
Maybe it is sadness.
Maybe it is fear.
Maybe it is guilt, anxiety, or frustration.

Feelings are information, not instructions.
Instead of judging the emotion or trying to shove it away, slow down and get curious about what it may be telling you.

Use these four steps:
โถ Recognize and name the emotion you are experiencing.
โท Accept that the emotion is present without judging yourself for having it.
โธ Explore what may have brought the emotion forward.
โน Decide how you want to respond in a way that supports you.

You may ask yourself:
โ€ข What happened right before this emotion showed up?
โ€ข What thought came with it?
โ€ข Where do I notice it in my body?
โ€ข What does this feeling seem to need?
โ€ข What response would help me move forward instead of staying stuck?
The goal is not to eliminate the emotion. The goal is to understand it well enough that it no longer gets to make every decision.

Today, complete all twelve practices:
โถ Practice your 4-7-8 breathing.
โท Listen to one song that supports the way you want to feel.
โธ Spend a few minutes in self-reflection.
โน Pause and become fully present in the moment.
โบ Name three things you are thankful for.
โป Pour something onto paper through writing, drawing, painting, poetry, or scribbling.

You do not have to hand the microphone to every emotion that walks into the room.

We pause. We choose. We respond.
