Decades in medicine. I watched it name the anxiety. Name the fear. Name the frustration.
Then stop.
Diagnose it. Medicate it. Send her home still stuck — with a label instead of a fix.
I did that too, for a long time. I followed the training. Named the problem and called it care.
But naming the problem isn't the same as solving it. And nobody was going to tell you that but me.
So here's the shift I'm making: I'm not just going to tell you what's wrong with you anymore. I'm going to get you from stuck to unstuck. Direct. No fluff. No years of talk therapy circling the same wound.
Energy medicine's part of it. Not as a vibe — but as a tool that actually moves the signal instead of just naming it.
Led by love. Not by a treatment plan that gave up on you.

They said I would never have her.
I did every treatment. I showed up for every appointment. And eventually, the doctors ran out of options and moved on.
What I know now — that I didn't know then — is that my body wasn't broken. It was stuck. Stuck in fight-flight-freeze. And a nervous system running a survival program has one job: keep you alive. Making a baby feels optional to a body in that state.
The technique I kept coming back to during that season is called the Triple Warmer Smoothie. It has one job: tell your nervous system the emergency is over. I swear it's the one that got me pregnant.
She turned 8 in April.
