They’re perfect for:
✨ Neck + shoulder tension
✨ Low back pain
✨ Menstrual cramps
✨ Plantar fasciitis

✨ Cold nights and comfort

How to use them:
• Heat in the microwave for warm relief
• Freeze for inflammation and cooling
• Pair with deep breathing for nervous system regulation
• Use daily for chronic tension patterns

Your body deserves comfort — even between massage sessions.
These packs make wellness easy, soothing, and supportive.

Business Update: After many meaningful years, we’ve made the thoughtful decision to close our Etsy shop as we refocus and simplify this chapter of our small business. While saying goodbye to a familiar space is bittersweet, this change allows us to continue creating in a more sustainable way.

Starting today, all of our offerings can be requested directly through our website. Custom products, curated gift sets, and wellness supplies are still lovingly made to order and tailored to your intentions — just with a more personal, direct connection.

Thank you for supporting small business and growing with us through every season.
