✨Such a great day today!! Got to get a sneak peek at the set up for the event and hand out all of the numbers to the awesome people that showed up today!🙌🏽 The sun was shining, the breeze was blowing, the hills were hilling and the smiles were EVERYWHERE!! Thanks again everyone for showing up, donating, bringing the kids!(so many great kids🤍) and especially Rek’-Lis Brewing Co. for offering to host- the The Pint House - rek’-lis tasting room is such a gorgeous spot!

"A fun morning training for the circus, discovering beginner moves and conditioning exercises on the silks, no experience required."

After Alicia’s offering you have time to grab lunch and return to Nikki's office to relax your way through the 4 Reset rooms, choosing one option per room (20-30 minute sessions each modality)2 hours total.

Room 1: You will enjoying a sampling of Red Light therapy OR Vibroacoustic(sound) therapy
Room 2: Halotherapy(salt) booth OR Osaki zero gravity/heated massage chair
Room 3: Compression massage with Normatec technology(choosing legs, hips or arms) OR Red Light therapy
Room 4: Infrared sauna OR Osaki heated/zero gravity massage chair

Coffee and tea will be available with filtered water to fill your water bottles as well. We suggest breakfast before you arrive and we have placed enough time in the schedule to venture out for lunch.

We suggest a bathing suit in the case you'd like to have some extra coverage in the sauna, salt or red light offerings but you will be provided robes and towels for all Modalities.
