UPDATE:
We are so excited to announce that we are re-opening May 5th! We will of course be adhering to CDC and state guidelines so this is subject to change. To help navigate this new landscape there are a few changes to note:
Our hours are temporarily changed. Our current hours, at least through May 31, are:
Monday, Friday, & Saturday: 12-6
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7-1
We will be closed Thursday & Sunday.
We will be following strict social distancing and disinfection protocols. In order to do so we will be spreading appointments out and limiting our optical area to only 5 people at a time (including the doctor and optical associate). We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
*Please be respectful of your appointment time, as there are many people needing care at this time and we want to make sure we can take care of everyone as efficiently but safely as possible. If you feel for ANY reason you may not be able to make your appointment, please be kind and reschedule as early as possible so we can make sure we have time to contact another guest who needs care as well.
Our #1 goal is to keep our doctors, staff, and patients safe & healthy. To accomplish this we have new protocols in place:
-We have moved our intake form to an online portal, please have this completed prior to your visit.
-Curbside check-in is strongly recommended. Just call from the parking lot when you arrive, and we will get everything ready for you before you enter.
-Masks will be required for all patients over the age of 10. We ask you bring your own if at all possible.
-We request you immediately wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
-Please adhere to social distancing and stay 6’ away from others as much as possible.
-We will be doing temperature checks at check in. Anyone with a temperature of 100ᵒ F or higher will be asked to reschedule.
-Please reschedule if you are not feeling well, especially if you have a cough, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms, or have lost the sense of taste or smell.
-Only the patient will be allowed inside the office for their exam. If the patient is a minor, only one parent will be allowed.
-Please do not come in if you have travelled out of state or had known exposure to COVID-19 over the past 2 weeks.
- We request that you make an appointment to pick up any glasses or contact lens orders to help better serve you while we are limited in the number of guests allowed in the optical area.
-We now offer telehealth visits for certain needs, please contact the office to determine if your visit could be done virtually!
We are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!
