Revision breast surgery can restore beautiful, natural results—even years after your original breast augmentation.

This patient presented 10 years after her primary breast augmentation with:
✨ Asymmetric ni**le position
✨ Mild implant malposition
✨ Significant animation deformity (visible implant movement with chest muscle contraction)

To address these concerns, I converted her implants from the submuscular plane to the subfascial plane. This technique restored upper pole fullness, improved breast symmetry, corrected the implant position, and virtually eliminated animation deformity.

Preservé by Motiva is a minimally invasive approach designed to place implants while maintaining the natural support structures of the breast.

Through a small inframammary incision (approximately 2.5–3 cm), a controlled tunnel is created over the muscle and beneath the native breast tissue. A balloon dissector is then used to form a precise pocket—matched to the size of the implant—without disrupting key structural elements like the support ligaments of the breast.
