I am a Advocate, passionate about helping people in the area of mental health. I believe everybody deserves a safe space to feel comfortable to express how they feel. I like to help people find the services they need to support their needs! I like to direct them

into the right direction. I believe and kindness, compassion and empowering resilience! I want to be somebody that people feel comfortable with and I want to be the person they come to when I need somebody to Advocate when their voice is not being heard! I am 44 years old I am currently living in Live Oak florida. I am dislocated for Hurricane Michael I have struggled in my life myself with mental health issues and substance abuse issues. I have had a wonderful therapist I have a great psychiatrist I still continue therapy myself and I absolutely love it! I have a wonderful family and they are my world I have three cats I have a dog!
