We are seeking to expand our programming for all ages and are adding positions to our organization. We provide individual and group outpatient therapy for adults and children, substance use disorder services including MOUD and OHH, case management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills group, IOP, and more.
We can accommodate school, parenting, and other employment. Full- and part-time positions as well as per diem are available. Per diem positions require availability at least one day per week.
The ideal candidate will be a person with at minimum of a conditional or provisional State of Maine clinical license or certification relevant to the selected role, will be reliable and trustworthy, is able to work independently, will be able to consistently complete documentation on time and as required, and will be able to pass mandated background checks. Those with criminal histories will not be automatically disqualified as we are a recovery friendly workplace and second chance employer, within the bounds of licensing regulations. The roles include meeting regularly with clients in individual and group settings, establishing goals and treatment plans, updating the plans, writing progress notes, monitoring progress, connecting and building relationships with community resources, making referrals, and working as part of a team. We expect high attention to detail, compassion, excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, a positive community reputation, and critical thinking skills. Applicants must have the ability to manage a caseload and accurately complete documentation within time limits established by MaineCare, be able to utilize Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Pay is depending upon education and experience, starting at $18.00 for entry-level positions. The higher end of the pay scale may include supervisory duties. All positions are W-2 hourly positions. Some full-time positions may require cross-training.
