🪅🎉July Employee(s) of the month: "Bladen" 😲

First time ever we have an EOM Duo! Blake Marcotte and Aden Salvato- you both are allstars. We couldn't choose between the two, which isnt the worst thing we have deliberated over.. trust me 😅

Blake came to us at 15 with a work permit. I knew he would be a hard worker as I have worked beside and been managed by his father. His Mother was also an all-star for us. I assumed the apple didnt fall far, and I wasn't wrong. Blake works very hard for RCCM everyday, always asking for more hours and is willing to adapt to our ever changing schedules. Turns out he doesnt mind the extra work I take on, on a whim. He is polite and respectful and is eager to learn. My favorite thing about him is when I yell from across the building "BLAAAAKE" and you can literally hear his steel toes running to me 🏃‍♂️. He is often glued to my side, he takes great direction and genuinely cares about his job. It's always fun for me to see him take direction and make decisions I would when it comes to setting up the van and he always has his pocket knife handy- two things that really make me proud.

Aden came to us at 16 with a work ethic that couldn't be reckoned with. He clearly learned from his Mother, one of the hardest working Veterans I have met. She passed that work ethic on to him. He is extremely loyal and that doesnt go unnoticed. He often works alone and I get compliments on how well he does at his age unsupervised. He completes his work with integrity and is always willing to do more. From tuning up my yard, to carpet cleaning and everything in between he is worth his weight in gold. It's a breath of fresh air to have such a well rounded, polite- "ask no questions- just do" kind of kid on our RCCM team.

They often speak about how they enjoy their jobs and coworkers while I beam. To have two very young employees knocking it out of the park.. my boss heart could burst. They are two hard working boys that do everything that is asked of them and then some. At 16 years old they carry all of the heavy equipment, trash and have actual manners. RCCM is so lucky.

Thank you boys 😁 you both make us better and I am so proud and thankful to have you.

🌟June Employee of the Month goes to Dominic Webster ‼️

Dominic came to us with a Work Permit as soon as he turned 15 and has been a hard worker since day one! He has balanced school, work and sports and always has a positive attitude.

Dom works for us at Tex Tech in Winthrop and Franklin Savings Bank in Farmington. He is always willing to be a travel fill in for us and is happy to learn anything we throw his way.

Loyalty is a big thing with me and Dominic is invested. He always makes my management team aware of twists in the road and for that we are very thankful. He is always a team player.

At his age his work ethic is admirable, however trying to understand the kids lingo is defeating 😂 His management team never knows what hes saying, but atleast his cleaning is top notch. 😁

Thank you for your hard work, Dom. We are happy to have you on our team!

Happy Monday! 😁

Our Spring Cleaning season has finally come to an end. What a whirlwind! A huge thank you to our returning customers and all of our new. We are really getting good at this! Word of mouth has spread, I am so fortunate to have the best team. Andrea leads our great crews and is highly sought after. It's fullfilling to receive the positive feedback once a job is complete.

With that being said- we have some openings for routine residential cleaning, 1 time deep cleaning, semi annual deep cleans etc. If you're interested please give us a call. Imagine coming home to a fully cleaned and disinfected home as often as you want? That's what makes us happy- providing stress free lives for our customers.

May Employee of the Month 🌟🌟

For the second time, voted unanimously by his team of managers, Brent gets the award!

Brent makes work his priority. Not just for RCCM, but for Jardens. He has been a huge help to Jardens during their last two audits. He was requested by their Management Team based on his knowledge and skill. He is a team player for everyone and greatly appreciated by many.

Beyond that, he needs to be recognized for ALWAYS picking up extra shifts and helping out without question. He is always striving to be the best employee and he nails it. Thank you so much Brent, keep up the good work! 😁

Late post by time and two weeks, it's our busy season 😆🤷🏼‍♀️

👏🏻👏🏻 April Employee of the Month is Erin Morrell! 🌟🌟

Erin came to us looking for a side gig- she was a highly favored hairdresser that wanted to add more to her plate. Say less, I would have been a fool to over look her job inquiry.

Fast forward to now, Erin works full time for us and she is an asset to our team. To describe her as fantastic is an understatement. Since week 1 we have gotten rave reviews from every business she cleans. "Please never take her away from us, she is so detail oriented and our offices have never looked better!!" - she is constantly making me proud as a boss.

She works well alone clearly, but also on a team. She shows up to jobsites with Berry Fruit Farm treats (mostly so I don't get hangry), ready to work and interacts with our customers so well. ❤️

To all of her old hair clients- I am genuinely sorry, I get it.. I would miss her too. But RCCM is SO lucky to have her.

Thank you Erin, for being flexible, making sure you're always equipped with extra tools, putting forth 100% everyday and being the coworker and employee people pray for. 😁🥰

⭐️ EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH OF MARCH GOES TO Richard Adams! 🥳

Richard was referred to us from his good buddy and now fellow co-worker Russell. Knowing Russ recommended him was a no brainer we just needed to find a spot for him.

Fast forward to hiring him, it was a great decision. Richard is extremely hard working, respectful and willing to do any task asked of him. He has filled roles inside the old Pixelle Mill salvaging equipment and put his time in doing Light Maintenance for Androscoggin Bank.

As of recently he has taken on a new role at MS Ambrogio as a Maintenance Tech. Not only do his immediate RCCM coworkers and managers think he is doing an amazing job, the staff at MSA also sings his praise.

I'm constantly impressed by Richard's work ethic and how he adapts to everything I throw at him.
