Guided breathwork and intuitive motions create space to release tension, calm the bodies (mental, physical, and emotional), encourage healthy energetic flow. As Universal life force energy begins to flow more freely, you will experience greater ease, vitality, balance, and inner peace.
This class offers a safe space to slow down, restore your energy, and activate the innate healing capabilities that already live within you. Come as you are, move with intention, and leave feeling centered, renewed, and deeply connected to self and Source.

We will get to enjoy the moon in the sky during this event! She will break the horizon line at 6:09pm and clear the hills on the edge of town 15-20 minutes later. The moon will be full on Friday, August 28th.

This is an outdoor sound bath! The area is grassy and surrounded by vineyards and tall shady trees. Please bring a picnic blanket or yoga mat to lay on, water and any pillows or other items you need for your comfort.

Join Cynthia for an hour long sound healing journey followed by an hour of relaxation and community on the Retzlaff Lawn. Reconnect with yourself through the grounding practice of walking meditation in the beauty of the natural world. This guided experience weaves together mindfulness, intentional breathwork, and a deep awareness of the elements—earth beneath your feet, air filling your lungs, sunlight warming your skin, water flowing gently nearby, and the sounds and rhythms of the living environment around you.
As we move at a gentle pace, you'll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully engage your senses. Through purposeful steps and moments of stillness, you'll cultivate presence, release mental distractions, and develop a deeper connection with both yourself and nature.
This class is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life, awaken your awareness, enjoy nature, and experience the restorative power of being fully present—one breath, one step, and one moment at a time. No meditation experience is necessary.

This month's walk will be held at Sycamore Grove Park in Livermore. Other trails and park locations will be used in the future. Please come prepared to walk between 1-1.5 miles total on level ground, at an easy pace. No climbing or hiking involved. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers/tennis shoes. Please make sure you have water and any sun protection that you may need (sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, sun jacket, umbrella, etc).
