Mark 16:16-18: Fulfilling The Great Commission
And Jesus said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. "He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. "These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if
they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
We feel called to fulfill this great commission in a couple of different ways. Through Preaching:
KOG is passionate about the simple gospel message. Throughout the scriptures, Jesus is bringing healing to the sick and deliverance to the oppressed. He does it with consistency. He does it with power. He does it with conviction. And he does it with LOVE. A KOG meeting involves worship, teaching, and a time of ministry. The unique thing about these meetings is that they are done in a spiritual, yet clinical atmosphere. Those present not only see and feel the hand of God moving on the lives and hearts of others, they are also introduced to the tools and equipped to minister to those around them, in Jesus name. Through Partnerships:
Gary and Jennifer have been seen as firestarters. As they bring their ministry to group meetings and work to equip them through teaching, practical demonstration and impartation, those groups are then compelled to go out and do the same. These two things serve a larger passion for us. To see the lost saved, and the followers of Jesus set free to pursue their God given destiny.
