Yesterday, Chris and Bonnie taught a class for aspiring doulas after working overnight shifts and getting little to no sleep themselves! Talk about dedication to the doula community! 🙌

Even after a long night of caring for families, they showed up ready to share their knowledge, experience, and passion with the next generation of doulas.

And of course, bagels were a must! 🥯💕

No one knows the excitement of a vacuum-sealed bag quite like a placenta encapsulation specialist. 😂🙌
