JACKFRUIT CHIPS: I was excited to discover these at Costco! These crunchy chips have just 50 calories per serving, 0 grams of fat, 4 grams of fiber, and are made with just one simple ingredient: Jackfruit.

SHRIMP CHIPS: These crunchy chips were an interesting find at Trader Joe's. I like that a full serving is 30 pieces because realistically, I think 15 is plenty. A half serving has just 75 calories and 4 grams of fat. They’re a great way to satisfy a crunchy snack craving, or you can use them to scoop up homemade chicken salad or crush them over veggies or a salad for extra crunch.

GUAVA TARTELETTES: Here's another great find from Trader Joe's! These sweet cookies are the perfect after-meal treat when you're craving something sweet. Each tartelette has approximately 65 calories and 2.5 grams of fat.

PB2GO: Pack a peanutty punch wherever you go! These convenient PB2 cups are perfect for busy mornings. Just mix with water, then add to yogurt or cottage cheese and top with your favorite berries or fruit.

STARS + HONEY BARS: I’m usually not a big “bar” person, but I found these at Target and loved them. They are convenient when I don’t have time to grab a mini-meal, the flavor is really good, and even doubles as dessert. The Cherry Chocolate Waffle Cone flavor is my favorite.

CRISPY GARLIC: One more find from Trader Joe’s! These crunchy garlic chip slices pack lots of flavor, so a little goes a long way. I crushed up just 1 tablespoon and sprinkled it over my salad, and that was all it needed. They are versatile, too... you could add them to veggies, grain bowls, pasta, grilled chicken, or really anything savory (maybe just don’t add to a sweet dessert)! One tablespoon is only 35 calories and 1.5g fat and provides 2g of fiber.

OH!TATOES: Fully cooked frozen potatoes that heat up in just 4 minutes?! Yes!
Bonus: they're portion-controlled small potatoes at only 110 calories per serving, and you don't have to cut them in halves or thirds. Use them as a quick side dish, make your own stuffed potato skins or top them with veggies and protein for a complete meal. I found these at Whole Foods.

MANGO ON A STICK: Pure genius and so simple! These perfect mango slices come on a popsicle stick, individually packaged for a convenient single serving. It’s the only ingredient! Enjoy as is, or try this as I did…. Mix 1–2 tablespoons of PB2 powder with 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Spread the mixture over the mango, sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt, and pop it in the freezer. I found these at Kings Food Market.

DARK CHOCOLATE SEA SALT OVERNIGHT OATS: Dessert or breakfast? One single serve pouch of this protein oats packs 20 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber. Most importantly, it tastes delish. Add a handful of berries, and it makes a great complete breakfast. I found these at Target.

SWEET BEET & PINEAPPLE CHIPS: I'm loving these perfectly portioned, single-serve chips from GoodSam! Each bag is just 70 calories and packs 4–5 grams of fiber, making them a delicious way to satisfy a crunchy craving and a sweet craving. I found these at Whole Foods.

SOUR CHERRY COTTON CANDY FROM TRADER JOE’S: I’m definitely not calling this a health food… but if you want a little sweetness after a meal, ¼ of this mini bucket is under 50 calories, contains no fat, and is made without artificial dyes. It’s fun to pinch off and enjoy just a little at a time, and will bring back childhood memories!

ORGANIC PEANUT SAUCE: This is a new sauce “staple” in our home! With just 25 calories and 1 gram of fat per tablespoon, it’s a tasty way to elevate so many meals. Use it as a dip, toss it into a salad as dressing, or drizzle it over chicken, vegetables, grain bowls, and more. If found this at Whole Foods.

DOT CAKES FOR BREAKFAST, ANYONE?!
No waiting in line for these! Plus, they're packed with protein and delish. I’ve had Dot Cakes and I think this is a great healthy dupe!

Here's how I made them:
1. Microwave ½ cup Kodiak Cakes Pancake & Waffle Mix with 6 tbsp Chocolate MALK
2. Scoop into a bowl
3. Mix 3 tbsp Good Culture Cottage Cheese with 2 tbsp Fluff and spread on top
4. Dip into Supernatural Rainbow Nonpareils (made without artificial dyes)

TRU GRILL CHICKEN PACKS: I love these TruGrill Chicken Packs from Target! I’m picky about precooked chicken, but these have a great texture, not rubbery or slimy. Made with simple ingredients, each pack has 22g protein for just 100 calories and 2.5g fat. Perfect with fruit for an easy snack or added to salads and veggies for a quick meal.

BETTERGOODS ORGANIC DRIED STRAWBERRIES: If you have a Walmart nearby, grab these organic dried strawberries! They’re soft and chewy, not dry or powdery. They are more like a gummy bear, which makes them a great candy substitute. They do contain a tiny amount of sunflower oil, but total fat is under 0.5g per serving.

KODIAK CAKES PROTEIN BERRY BOWL: I’m so glad I found this simple Kodiak Cakes recipe! It makes a delicious, protein-packed blueberry pancake bowl that’s great for a quick breakfast or snack. I topped mine with Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess and it was so good!
Recipe:• 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes mix• 6 tbsp unsweetened almond milk• Blueberries (or any berries)
Mix and microwave for 1 min 45 sec.

TRADER JOE’S PULLED CHICKEN SALSA VERDE: No time to cook? Microwave this chicken breast and green salsa mix for an easy, protein-packed meal. Add to salads, stuff into a pita or tortilla, or serve over rice and veggies. Each 1/2 cup has 100 calories, 2g fat, and 18g protein.

TRADER JOE’S HOT SMOKED SALMON: I finally tried the Hot Smoked Salmon and was surprised it wasn’t too spicy or overpowering. I’d definitely buy it again as a convenient salmon option when I don’t have time to cook. I’d also love it a small portion with fruit for a protein-packed snack.

TRADER JOE’S CANNELÉS: These little gems may be small, but they’re packed with flavor! Each canelé has 130 calories and 4g fat. I topped mine with peach Greek yogurt for extra sweetness. Air frying gave them a warm, crispy exterior with a soft center which was delish with the cool, creamy yogurt.

LOOPINI PIZZA: Imported from Italy and made with nutrient-dense lupini bean flour, this delicious pizza is packed with protein and fiber. Just half a pizza provides 25g of protein and 9g of fiber. Add your favorite veggies for a balanced, satisfying meal.

SWEET GARLEEK: These little tins might remind you of tinned fish, but they’re actually filled with richly marinated vegetables with lots of flavor. While they’re a bit of a splurge, keeping a tin or two on hand can instantly elevate simple grilled chicken into something that tastes gourmet!

TRADER JOE’S SPRINKLE COOKIES: At 5 calories per cookie, they are small, but mighty in taste and crunch. Crumble a few on Greek yogurt with berries for a bit of fun or enjoy a handful for a portion controlled sweet treat.

EARTHBOUND FARMS VEGGIE TRAY: You may have seen these at your local grocery store but don’t overlook them. They’re a convenient option when you need a quick meal and have leftover protein to add. Here, I paired one with a grilled chicken breast for an easy grab-and-go meal. It comes with plenty of dip for both the veggies and the chicken, but you can use as much or as little as you like.

⭐️YOUGH PIZZA: My book club couldn’t wait to try this new pizza, so we had Instacart deliver it ASAP. This Greek yogurt-based dough did not disappoint. It’s made with simple ingredients and delivers great flavor. Each 1/3 of the pizza has around 330 calories, 7g of fat, and an impressive 20g of protein. Pair it with a fresh salad and add grilled chicken for an extra protein boost, if you’d like.

⭐️MOONIONS: If you loved Funyuns as a kid (or still do), you have to try these onion snacks! Made with avocado oil and a handful of simple ingredients, they’re a better-for-you option without giving up the classic flavor. Plus, the generous 16-ring serving size keeps you crunching for a while!

⭐️TRADER JOE’S PATAGONIAN SCALLOPS: When you need a quick, no-fuss dinner, these mini scallops are a great freezer staple. They thaw and cook in minutes, making them perfect for tossing into salads, pastas, or your favorite dishes. I made mine in the air fryer, and they were ready in no time.

⭐️SIMPLY SMART CHICKEN STRIPS: I’ve always been a chicken finger fan, and that’s not changing anytime soon. I absolutely love these lightly breaded strips from Perdue. I tossed them in the air fryer and they came out perfectly crisp and delicious. Enjoyed them with a little organic ketchup for dipping and a fresh salad on the side to keep things balanced.
