Outpatient Therapy:
Outpatient mental health therapy is a form of treatment that helps individuals manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities. Services are provided in a non-hospital setting and may include individual, family, or group counseling. Licensed mental health professionals work with clients to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. Treatment focuses on improving coping skills, emotional well-being, and overall functioning through regular scheduled sessions tailored to the individual's needs and goals. Youth Case Management:
Assisting youth and their families in planning and coordinating care and services to meet the individual needs of a youth and to assist the youth in obtaining necessary medical, social, nutritional, educational, and social services. Case managers provide coordination among agencies and providers in the planning and delivery of services. Home Support Services:
Home Support Teams provide families intensive therapeutic interventions. A team approach, involving both a Licensed Therapist and a Family Support Specialist, provides families with supports including behavioral coaching, family therapy and crisis intervention. Services are focused on the reduction of behaviors that interfere with the youth’s ability to function in the family and community and the development of skills needed by the youth and family to prevent or minimize the need for more restrictive levels of care. Family, School and Community Treatment (FSCT):
Family, School, and Community Treatment (FSCT) is a community-based mental health program in Montana that provides therapeutic and behavioral support for children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges with a Licensed Therapist. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, behavioral skill development, crisis support, and coordination with schools and families to improve functioning at home, in school, and in the community. The program focuses on building coping skills, resilience, and overall well-being. Youth Mentoring:
Mentoring services are adaptive skill building and integration services provided in the home, school, or community settings in order to help the youth maintain participation in those settings. Mentoring is provided under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional and according to the youth’s goals. Adult Services:
Outpatient Therapy :
A Licensed Therapist works to help clients develop more effective communication, emotional regulation, problem solving and coping skills. Outpatient Therapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a therapist. A therapist provides a supportive environment that allows clients to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental. Adult Case Management:
Assisting individuals with diagnosed mental health disorders in planning and coordinating care and services to meet their individual needs. Case Managers can assist individuals in obtaining necessary medical, social, nutritional, housing, and social services. Case management provides coordination among agencies and providers in the planning and delivery of services. Adult Day Treatment:
Adult Day Treatment provides mental health services for members whose mental health needs are severe enough that they display significant functional impairment. It is a community-based alternative to more restrictive levels of care. Services are directed by a Therapist and are focused on improving skills related to independent living, crisis intervention, job skills, and socialization so the member can live and function more independently in the community. Adult day treatment is offered daily and provides two hot meals and a snack per day. Adult Mentoring:
Adult Mentoring is an intensive behavior management and stabilization service provided in the home, workplace, or community setting, for a specified period to address specific needs and challenges. Through CBPRS, a mentor supports an individual by augmenting life, behavioral, and social skills training needed to reach identified treatment goals and restore functioning in the community. Mentors may consult with family members or other key individuals that are part of a member’s treatment team to determine how to help the member be more successful in meeting treatment goals. Group Therapy:
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. During this time, they will work on life and social skills that occur in group settings
Family Therapy:
Family therapy can help improve relationships between parents, caregivers, siblings, and family members. Therapy goals are tailored to each family and can address a range of topics including parenting skills, communication strategies, sibling conflict, co-parenting, and handling mental health challenges within the family system
Illness Management and Recovery Services (IMR):
Illness Management and Recovery Services is an evidenced-based service program that teaches a broad set of individualized strategies for managing mental illness. IMR is designed to assist individuals with reducing disability and restoring functioning by providing information about mental illness and coping skills to help them manage their illness, develop goals, and make informed decisions about their treatment. There is a strong emphasis on assisting individuals to set and pursue personal goals and converting strategy into action in their daily lives. Substance Use Recovery Services:
L’esprit is licensed to provide Adult and Adolescent Outpatient Substance Use Services. L’esprit offers this service to individuals whose careers, education, and social relationships have been impacted by substance abuse. Adult Intensive Outpatient Services assist individuals who actively struggle with substance abuse and aims to establish the skills needed to maintain sobriety so that individuals do not need to be referred to higher levels of care. Adult and Adolescent Outpatient Services are step down from Intensive Outpatient Services. Individuals are supported in group and one-on-one counseling while bringing in social and familial aspects
