Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech)

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to support our therapy department in a skilled nursing facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Gather and transport residents to and from therapy sessions.
Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym.
Set up and sanitize therapy equipment before and after treatments.
Assist with clerical tasks, including insurance verification, tracking certifications and recertifications, maintaining therapy logs, filing documents, and other administrative duties.
Support therapists and the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) with daily department operations.
Perform other non-clinical duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus, but not required.
Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
