I am posting this for three reasons…
1. This gorgeous woman is doing her yearly birthday headstand, and she’s turning 78.
2. Her face is so happy and her body is so strong because she’s been doing yoga with YogaJen for 16 years, twice a week.
3. Spike is doing his job and making her feel amazing.
