The project ended up being a phenomenal problem solving task in order to determine how to best remove multiple layers of paint! Pro health tip: always use lead test strips to determine whether or not older pieces of furniture have paint that contains lead!

During Livonia’s July Wellness Wednesday, clients and staff made two delicious snacks in a collaborative effort during community work reintegration! This month highlighted two ingredients of garlic and raspberries. The client’s made a garlic hummus as well as Raspberry Jam Brie Bites! The snacks were all gone by lunchtime, and everyone enjoyed themselves.
