Meet Hannah: Owner at Move-Meant Massage & Yoga LLC
Most people find me after they’ve already tried everything.
The specialists, talk therapy, exercise and the long list of things that helped a little, or for a little while, but never quite reached the thing underneath. By the time they land on my table, they’re not looking for another quick fix-they’re looking for something deeper. And more often than not, what they discover is that the headaches, the stress, the tension that never fully let go had been living in their nervous system all along.
The reaction I hear most? “Why have I never heard of this before? I would have started here.”
I spent 17 years in bodywork, building a deep foundation in massage therapy, before making the decision that reshaped my entire practice: I pivoted to craniosacral therapy full time. Not because I stopped believing in massage, but because I felt called to work at the level where so much of our tension actually lives.
Today I specialize in chronic headaches, migraines, stress, and the kind of tension that never quite goes away no matter what you try. My approach is grounded, perceptive, and gentle- that gives people a sense a safely to fully relax and to let go of what they have been carrying that day, or for weeks, months, and sometimes years.
My journey began at Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2008. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2012, and I’m currently completing my craniosacral therapy certification, having deepened my training through SomatoEmotional Release Level 2 (SER²) in 2025.
This work is ever-evolving-and that’s exactly what I love about it. I’ve found it helps people feel more embodied and more connected, in a culture that so often leaves us feeling neither.
