URGENT: A Hope Haus family needs safe housing for a mother, newborn baby, and grandmother within the next couple of days.
Many of you know Mindy and have followed parts of her journey over the years. Hope Haus has known and loved Mindy for more than ten years, and during that time she has faced more challenges than most people can imagine.
Recently, Mindy sold her truck and traveled from Texas to Florida to help her daughter, who was expecting her first baby. The plan was to help her daughter get settled in a safer place and support her as she became a mother. Shortly after arriving, her daughter went into labor and welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world.
Today, this young family is facing an urgent need. Mindy, her daughter, and her newborn grandson have a place to stay for only the next few days. After that, they do not know where they will go.
Mindy is also dealing with health challenges of her own, yet she continues to trust God and keep moving forward. She sold what she had to help her daughter reach a safer place, and now they are trying to rebuild from the ground up.
Hope Haus is stepping in to help because Mindy is part of our Hope Haus family. We believe this family can get back on their feet, but they need immediate support to bridge the gap and provide safe housing while Mindy gets established with work and they make a plan for the future.
