I had not been in due to not having issues with my hearing aids and finally did have issues with getting the app to work and one hearing aid not wanting to work. But when I went in it was the greatest feeling for they knew who I was and was as friendly and helpful as always. All the women there are so pleasant and kind you always walk out feeling happy. Sandy is the best at what she does, very knowledgeable and very understanding and genuinely caring. Which is very hard to find . They are fast and thorough at what they do and genuinely a pleasure to do business with. I hope she never stops giving the gift of hearing for it would be the biggest loss in my book. Keep on smiling ladies you all beautiful.

DR Schick is an excellent audiologist and friendly. I will refer anyone to her who needs help with hearing. Her staff is the same way too.

Very positive experience starting from my first visit when they fixed a problem with my old hearing aides to get me by until I could get back for new hearing test and then the wait period for the new aides to come in. Dr. Schick has been very through in getting the proper settings on my new aides setup. My follow up care has been excellent. Their prices are very competitive would recommend Longhorn Hearing to anyone needing to get hearing aides for the first time or to replace existing ones.

I was so impressed with how much the doctor seemed so interested in my condition and what she could do to make it better Never seemed like she was trying to rush through my appointment. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
