🤍Introducing a new postpartum support group for Buffalo-area moms🤍
One thing we hear again and again from new parents is how isolating those early months can feel. So, we’re creating a space for moms to find some real community.
Buffalo Doula Services is excited to offer an 8 week postpartum support group - facilitated by Hillary Grobe, one of our postpartum and labor doulas and a Certified Lactation Educator.
We’re looking for 5-6 moms due November to January (or close!) to join our first group. Hillary will facilitate conversation, offer evidence-based postpartum and early-parenthood education, and connect the group with helpful local resources and professionals when needed. She’ll hold space and guide the conversation, but the heart of the group is the moms themselves. It’s a place to share experiences, ask questions, learn from one another, and ultimately, build your village. That means play dates, coffee dates, group texts, and friendships that continue long after the eight weeks are over.
Community-supported rates:
💜$125 Community Rate
🩵$150 Standard Rate
💚$I75 Supporter Rate
Choose the rate that works best for your family.
For this group, we’re planning:
* 8 weekly one-hour virtual sessions
* A meeting time chosen around the group’s availability
* A small group of 5-6 people
* A final in person gathering at the Buffalo Doula Services office, with treats and tea
