Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy
Due to my schedule often being fully booked, a deposit is required to reserve all massage appointments. This helps ensure that appointment times are held for clients who are committed to their session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the session fee.
When appointments are canceled at the last minute or missed without notice, it is often impossible to fill that time slot, which means both I and other clients miss out on the opportunity for a massage session.
I never want to enforce this policy, but my time is valuable and limited, and I strive to be fair and respectful to all clients. This policy helps me continue providing the best service possible while accommodating everyone who wishes to schedule.
