I’m an old Earth Creationist.

Climbers on Mount Everest have discovered something that sounds almost impossible at first. Fossils of ancient sea creatures, including shells that are around 450 million years old, have been found near the very top of the world’s highest peak.

It might seem unbelievable, but there is a solid scientific explanation behind it. Millions of years ago, the land that now forms Mount Everest was actually part of an ancient ocean floor. Over time, massive tectonic plates slowly collided, pushing the seabed upward and forming the Himalayas. What was once deep underwater was gradually lifted thousands of meters into the sky.

These fossils are like time capsules, proving that the rocks at the summit were once home to marine life. Scientists have used this evidence to better understand how Earth’s surface changes over millions of years through powerful geological forces.

The idea that the highest point on Earth was once beneath the ocean is a reminder of how dynamic our planet really is. Mountains rise, oceans shift, and landscapes transform in ways that are almost impossible to imagine on a human timescale.

It is one of those rare facts that completely changes how you see the world. The ground beneath your feet has a history far deeper than it appears.

It’s baffling that people can get so caught up in party politics when it comes to justice. We’re talking about children’s lives here, and somehow, some people still want to weigh their political allegiances before taking action. When it comes to this level of crime, there should be no hesitation. Justice should come first, no matter who is involved.

The Epstein files have exposed some pretty disgusting truths, but even more frustrating is the fact that it seems like political divides still cloud what should be a universally agreed-upon issue: protecting kids. It shouldn’t matter whether you’re a Democrat, Republican, or anything else when it comes to punishing the guilty.

We need a unified voice against harm and exploitation, regardless of who is in the hot seat. If there’s one thing everyone should agree on, it’s that kids deserve protection from harm—no matter who’s responsible. ⚖️😤
