Our clinic will be closed Friday, September 4th and Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

📞 If you need a refill, appointment, telemedicine visit, or anything else before the holiday weekend, please call the clinic TODAY.

If you have an urgent medical need while the clinic is closed, please visit your nearest urgent care or emergency department. For a medical emergency, call 911.

🚶 Acute Care Walk-Ins Welcome until 12:00 PM

Please let us know. We understand that work, school, and family commitments can make scheduling difficult, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

🪪 Please bring your photo ID and insurance card to every visit and notify us promptly of any changes to your address, phone number, or insurance coverage. This allows us to keep proving you with the best care!

To allow our team time with their families and to observe the upcoming holidays, our office will be closed on the following dates:
