🌿I want to take a quick moment to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has stepped through the doors of Balsam & Fern this week. It has been such an incredible, busy week, and I am so grateful to everyone who has been passing the word around and recommending my services to family and friends. Your support means the absolute world to me!

🌿Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of putting our health and well-being first. It is so easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the to-do list, but making time to rest and heal is essential.

🌿As much as I love pouring my energy into taking care of all of you, I’m also making a conscious effort to practice what I preach and prioritize my own well-being, too. When we fill our own cups, we can show up so much better for the people and things we love.
