A little soap and a little time can make handwashing a useful part of your everyday routine.

Wash with soap and water, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds. Remember the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Rinse and dry—and make time to wash after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

It’s a simple habit that can help reduce the spread of germs, especially during flu season. Caring for your whole health includes the everyday things, too!
