With 35 years of experience in property management and maintenance, Kenny brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Beacon Hill. His personal experience caring for his mother helped inspire his deep appreciation for working with seniors.

Outside of Beacon Hill, Kenny enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, cooking, fishing, bowling, restoring antique bikes, and cheering on the Cubs. He also helps carry on his family’s legacy at Barnard’s Cyclery, founded by his ancestors in 1911.

We’re grateful for all that Kenny does for our residents and community. Thank you, Kenny, and congratulations! 👏

Beacon Hill’s 42nd Anniversary Week took us back to the Roaring ’20s! 🎩 We stepped into a Prohibition-era speakeasy, enjoyed the music and atmosphere, and had a great time celebrating together.
