"Body Shake" is an exercise where all of your internal organs vibrate together simultaneously. Your whole body must be completely relaxed, letting go of all tension, especially in your lower belly.

Yesterday, on June 6th, Buddhaland on Earth hosted our second one-day retreat of 2026. 🌿✨

When we first gathered, the morning energy felt a bit heavy. But as the day unfolded—through deep explorations led by our wonderful teachers and quiet moments of shared meditation—a beautiful shift occurred. Breath by breath, our community grew lighter and brighter.

By the end of the day, the genuine smiles said it all! Just take a look at the joy captured in these photos from our Bay Area center in NorCal and right here at our Torrance center in SoCal. 📸☀️

Connecting across 8 US centers and groups and virtually from Europe, this was a day to deepen our roots with our inner hearts, with each other, and with the universal life force. I truly can't imagine a day better spent. 🙏💫
