After several weeks of Pilates Mobility on Thursday evenings, we're bringing back a strength class! Many of you have been asking for more strength training options, so this Thursday at 5:45pm we'll be offering Strength & Sculpt instead. If you've been missing this class, now's your chance to grab your spot and join us for a fun, full-body workout.

Please note that we will be closed on Saturday as our instructors spend Father's Day weekend celebrating with their families. We hope you enjoy the extra time with your loved ones, too. 💙

While Strength & Sculpt will take a break and return this fall, Barre, Power Pilates, Strong Pilates, and STRONG are all amazing options for continuing your strength training and staying consistent this season 🔥

We know summer often brings vacations, changing routines, and busy schedules, so to help us best serve our community and instructors, classes will require at least 2 registered participants in order to be held this summer. Be sure to reserve your spots early whenever possible ☀️
