Food Exploration Success!
For many children, trying new foods can feel overwhelming. At OTS, our approach encourages positive interactions with food in a low-pressure environment.
Through play, our friend worked on:
🍽️ Exploring and tolerating foods in their space
🎨 Sensory engagement through painting and creativity
✋ Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
🧠 Attention, flexibility, and participation in a structured activity
💜 Building confidence around mealtime experiences
Food progress isn't always measured by bites taken. Sometimes success looks like sitting at the table, engaging with a food, trying something new, or simply having a positive experience.
Every step counts, and we're proud of this little one's hard work today!
